Meditation groups

Every Monday and Saturday I lead a small group of people who meditate together and use guided visualisations and focused breathing.

Goal:

·         train our attention to be more in the present

·         gain more consciousness

·         develop the ability of being in the ‘here and now’

·         experience the feeling of arriving ‘home’

 We work on anxiety issues, on reducing stress, and we reach our feelings or simply create peace of mind by allowing moments of silence. We mainly focus on being in the 'here and now', with the help of our breath and with simple movements of the body.

For who: Participants are welcome who are willing to share their experiences with others. In the relaxed and calm atmosphere of the small groups we can experience the feeling of arriving 'home'.

Time:      Monday               7.00 pm

                Saturday              5.00 pm

Duration
: about one hour. I recommend to participate in 5 sessions.
